Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, orders are handed over to the carrier and enter transit.

After an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
This is a technical limitation of our fulfillment system.

The only available option after shipment is to wait for the order to be delivered and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery time is up to 14 business days after order processing, depending on destination and carrier conditions. These timeframes are estimates and are clearly stated on our product pages at the time of purchase.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control do not qualify for refunds.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

In rare cases, a warehouse or fulfillment error may result in an incorrect item being shipped.

If this occurs:

  • We will investigate the issue
  • If confirmed, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Replacement shipments may be sent before the incorrect item is delivered or returned

Once a replacement has been shipped, the original order is considered resolved and in progress, and customers are required to wait for delivery of the replacement.

Color variation due to inventory availability is not considered a defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement.
